Custom Order Process:

Step 1 - Contact Me

Use the contact page to email me and make sure l'm currently taking orders.

Step 2 - Your Vision

In the same email, send your desired nail shape, and your inspo. This might be a mood board, other sets you've found online, or a description of what you want. Make sure to note what you like about certain designs, anything you'd like me to avoid incorporating, and your budget.

Step 3 - Confirmation

I’ll email back to confirm I can take your order, and with a price estimate. If you did not send enough inspiration, I will request more details on what you're looking for. If there are any issues with the design you want, l'll mention it then.

Step 4 - Design

I cannot copy another artist's design, so if you want a replica of a set you saw online, look elsewhere. Simple patterns and generic designs (ex. polka dots, French tips) are fine. I will send over a design and the final price(as well as the design level it corresponds to). If you want changes to the design, just email me back and I will revise it.

Step 5 - Order

Find the "Custom Order" listing. Enter your nail sizes, your desired nail shape, a short description of the nails you ordered, and the design level (I will email you the design level you are supposed to choose). If any info is wrong, you may not get the nails you wanted, or your order will be refunded.

Step 6 - Wait!

It usually takes me a week or two to complete an order, but it can take up to a month depending on the complexity of your order and my schedule—please be patient!
